This is one of the most gentle and relaxing of our massages. Broad fluid strokes, along with a gentle kneading technique, are used to help relax and de-stress the body.

Deep Swedish Massage
Deeper movements and more localized strokes are used to assist in breaking up adhesions in the muscles that have been caused by repetitive strain, injury, or stress. May include stretches.

Mother-to-Be Massage
This massage uses Swedish techniques to help stimulate blood flow and lymph fluids. It may also increase muscle tone and flexibility and alleviate leg cramps and muscle spasms. We offer a special pregnancy pillow that allows women even up to their full term to lay face down during their massage. For the health of you and your unborn child, we do not recommend massage until after the first trimester.

Hot Rock Massage
This massage involves the placement of heated smooth black stones onto your body. You are then massaged with the stones, allowing the heat to penetrate deep within your muscle tissue for unimagined levels of relaxation.
